The 3-piece pelvic floor training set contains 3 different weights (45 g, 60 g and 75 g) and a complete training program. The small weights are like dumbbells to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. You should start with the smallest weight and then gradually increase. By training the pelvic floor, you reduce the risk of pelvic floor disorders or incontinence and it can increase erotic pleasure. The balls are inserted vaginally and the vaginal muscles, which are related to the pelvic floor, must then hold the balls (bigger and lighter is easier than smaller and heavier). During the exercises, phases of tension should alternate with phases of active relaxation. The training time of about 20 min per day should not be significantly exceeded to avoid overexertion and sore muscles! The balls can also provide pleasant vibrations during sex. Simply use a little lubricant when inserting them. During menstruation and in case of vaginal infections you should pause the exercises. Anal use is not recommended, as the balls could "disappear" in the rectum.
