Cancellation for consumers
If you as a consumer have ordered gproducts from our online store, you can cancel this order within 14 days after receiving of the products.
You as a customer are responsible for the return costs.
You only have to send us your cancellation in "text form" (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) without giving any reasons.
If the goods have already been sent to you, it is also sufficient to return them. The timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods is sufficient to meet the revocation deadline.

Please note that you are not entitled to revocation if we have delivered sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene or their seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g II No. 3 BGB).Your obligations after revocation: Returning the goods.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the products if they can be sent in a package.
Not working products
If, contrary to expectations, our products have a defect, you have the right of the Civil Code (§§ 437 ff BGB).
If your vibrator should be defective within the warranty period, you can exchange the defective product for a replacement of the same product upon presentation of the purchase receipt.
Before returning an item, try these "First Aid Tips" first....
- Make sure the batteries are installed correctly.
Try again with new batteries.
- Tighten the cap (but not too tight!).
- Press the '-' or '+' button a few seconds longer.
- Make sure the travel lock is unlocked. Read the instruction manual on how to release the travel lock.
- Carefully read the manufacturer's instructions for use.
