Subject matter of the contract

This contract regulates the sale of new products from the sex store via the online store of erogene Zone GbR. The details of the respective offer can be found in the description on the offer page.

Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded exclusively in electronic business transactions via the store system.

An offer to conclude a purchase contract is only concluded when you send us the information requested by you by confirming the button "order with obligation to pay".

On the website where this button appears, all the information you have provided will be summarized again and you will be given the opportunity to correct it. The text of your offer will be saved by us and immediately confirmed to you electronically by e-mail.

With the sending of an order confirmation the contract is concluded. The automatically generated and sent order confirmation does not represent a corresponding legally binding declaration. The contract is also concluded by sending the goods or providing the service.

You can currently pay with us via the payment function paypal or with prepayment.

Prices, shipping costs, return costs

All prices are final prices and include the statutory sales tax. Per order the following shipping costs will be charged once: Germany: € 5.00. In case of partial deliveries, the flat rate applies only once. If a right of withdrawal exists and is used, the customer bears the cost of return.

If you live outside the EU and would like to order from us, please contact us by email at info@erogene-zone.org. We will then calculate the shipping costs for you.

Delivery times

Orders are usually shipped within 6 business days or less after receipt of payment, unless otherwise specified in the item description. Shipping within Germany takes between 1-3 business days on average. International shipping varies.

Rights of withdrawal

Cancellation for consumers

If you as a consumer have ordered gproducts from our online store, you can cancel this order within 14 days after receiving of the products.

You as a customer are responsible for the return costs.

You only have to send us your cancellation in "text form" (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) without giving any reasons.

If the goods have already been sent to you, it is also sufficient to return them. The timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods is sufficient to meet the revocation deadline.

Please note that you are not entitled to revocation if we have delivered sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene or their seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g II No. 3 BGB).Your obligations after revocation: Returning the goods.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the products if they can be sent in a package.

Not working products

If, contrary to expectations, our products have a defect, you have the right of the Civil Code (§§ 437 ff BGB).

Please note:

If your vibrator should be defective within the warranty period, you can exchange the defective product for a replacement of the same product upon presentation of the purchase receipt.

Before returning an item, try these "First Aid Tips" first....

- Make sure the batteries are installed correctly.

- Tighten the cap (but not too tight!).

- Make sure the travel lock is unlocked. Read the instruction manual on how to release the travel lock.

- Carefully read the manufacturer's instructions for use.
