This 5-piece dilator set made of silicone, has feet that lie flat on the vulva and can therefore also be worn in the underwear. The individual dilators are ergonomically curved and graduated in size for gentle stretching and easy insertion.
The graduated set is designed to exercise vaginal muscles and reduce insertion discomfort with each use. Use the small dilator with enough lubricant to get started, and move on to the larger dilator when you feel ready.
It is recommended that you wear the dilator for 5 to 15 minutes. It should fit snugly but not cause pain.
