This spacy reusable anal douche is a tool to clean the rectum before anal sex.
Unscrew the pump ball and fill it with (warm) clear water, screw the plug tip back on and then insert it into the anus with lubricant. Pump the water into the rectum by squeezing. Shower out of the butt and then let the water flow out of the bowel again. Repeat this process until you feel "clean".
Anal showering is not a must during anal sex, but it can make you feel more "comfortable". However, the cleaning should not be done too often, as it can irritate and disturb the intestinal flora. Clean the anal douche afterwards with warm water and soap.
