Gaffs are pants that serve to visually compress the outer genitalia and thus create the appearance of a flat crotch. The so-called ‘bulge’ is thus made less visible. They are an elegant alternative or addition to tape. This style has a mid-waist fit and is made of cotton fabric. You can choose between a version with fine lace at the sides or without any lace at all. With this style, we want to offer comfortable lingerie for everyday wear. The fabric is breathable and skin-friendly. A non-elasticated layer at the front provides a compressive effect. The crotch is cut slightly wider than with standard panties. Elasticated edges provide additional support. The back offers stability thanks to a multi-layered, comfortable cotton fabric. You can wash the gaff at 30° on a normal wash cycle and leave to air dry.

Our gaffs are made by hand in a small manufactory in Berlin. They were developed by and (but not exclusively) - for trans* people. Undrowear is now part of the Juicy Sexshop collective. We are 5 people who conjure up gender-affirming underwear for you. More products, especially for people in the trans-feminine - non-binary spectrum, are already being planned.

To get started wearing gaffs/tucking underwear, a little know-how and practice will help.You will find a few tips in this brochure.
Do not wear a size smaller than necessary.If you start to ‘tuck’ and it feels uncomfortable at first, test with a few hours first and work your way up slowly.It's best not to wear them for more than 8 hours a day and take them off to sleep.If you feel pain when wearing them, take them off straight away.
