What's so special about this deck?

Each colour is dressed according to the characters' subcultures - diamonds are dressed in drag, spades in leather, clubs in clubwear and hearts in... nothing at all, they are naked! The higher the number of cards, the more new characters are added, making a total of 54 lovable and endearing characters in the game.

Material: The cards and their box are made from FSC-certified paper and healthy, non-toxic colours that are fully and safely compostable at the end of the product's life. The decks are supplied in cardboard packaging.

Polar Embassy is a small card game publisher from Berlin, founded by Jon. They design queer and inclusive versions of old favourites and print within the limits of planetary possibilities. The publishing house was born out of a gift for a friend and now has three different sets. In 2023, the playing card set and the quartet were created in collaboration with Berlin illustrators. Polar Embassy works with a family-run printing company in Austria that is certified according to the silver standards of the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute for material health, circularity of products, clean air and climate protection, water and soil stewardship and social fairness. Polar Embassy uses healthy, non-toxic printing inks and FSC-certified paper that can be completely and harmlessly composted at the end of the product's life.
