This simple, reusable anal douche is a tool to clean the rectum before anal sex.
Fill the pump ball with (warm) clear water and then carefully insert the pump tip into the anus. Pump the water into the rectum by squeezing. Then let the water flow out of the rectum again. Repeat this process until you feel "clean".
Anal showering is not a must during anal sex, but it can make you feel more "comfortable".
However, the cleaning should not be done too often, as it can irritate and disturb the intestinal flora.
Simply clean the anal shower again afterwards with warm water and soap.
